Terms and Conditions for PeekTheme

Welcome to PeekTheme. By purchasing, downloading, or using products from PeekTheme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About PeekTheme
PeekTheme provides digital products including website templates, themes, UI kits, and related design assets for platforms such as WordPress and other website technologies.
All products are licensed for lawful use only.
2. Digital Product Purchases
All products sold on PeekTheme are digital downloads.
After a successful purchase, customers may access and download purchased templates through their account.
Download Access
- Logged-in users may re-download purchased templates multiple times while the product remains available on the platform.
- Users without an account or without login access may have limited download attempts, currently up to 5 downloads per purchase.
PeekTheme may adjust download limits or access systems at any time for security, operational, or technical reasons.
3. Product Availability
PeekTheme reserves the right to:
- Remove templates or products at any time
- Modify, discontinue, replace, or archive products
- Optimize storage and server usage
- Shut down part or all of the service permanently or temporarily
Purchased products are not guaranteed to remain available forever on the platform.
Customers are strongly encouraged to download and back up purchased files immediately after purchase.
The removal of a product, limited download access, service interruption, business closure, or platform shutdown does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
Refunds will not be provided once:
- The template has been successfully downloaded at least once
- The product files have been accessed
- The customer has received the files through alternative delivery methods such as email support
Failed Downloads
If a customer experiences technical issues preventing download access, PeekTheme support may assist manually, including sending files through email or alternative delivery methods.
Technical assistance does not guarantee eligibility for refunds.
5. License and Usage
Unless otherwise stated:
- Purchases grant a non-exclusive license to use the template
- Customers may modify templates for personal or commercial projects
- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the original template files is prohibited
- Claiming PeekTheme products as your own work is prohibited
Some products may include third-party assets subject to their own licenses.
Customers are responsible for complying with any third-party licensing requirements.
6. Accounts and Access
PeekTheme may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Abuse download systems
- Share purchased files publicly
- Attempt fraud or unauthorized access
- Violate these Terms
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials.
7. Product Compatibility
PeekTheme does not guarantee compatibility with:
- Future software versions
- Third-party plugins or services
- Customized hosting environments
- Modified systems outside standard usage
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and compatibility information before purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
PeekTheme products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
PeekTheme is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Website issues caused by customization or third-party conflicts
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the products is at the customer's own risk.
9. Support
Support availability, response time, and support scope may change at any time.
PeekTheme may refuse support for:
- Heavily modified templates
- Third-party integrations
- Custom development requests
- Issues unrelated to the original product files
10. Changes to These Terms
PeekTheme may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
